Meet the New & Improved Sport Band and Rocky Point Band

We believe great products are always worth refining, which is why we regularly return to our most-loved designs and look for ways to make them even better. We listen closely to our customers, pay attention to how our gear performs in the real world, and use feedback to guide what comes next.

We also continuously refine our designs to keep pace with new Apple Watch models and the way people use them. Every new iteration is an opportunity to improve the details that matter most: function, fit, and comfort. 

Today, we’re excited to introduce the next generation of Sport Band and Rocky Point Band for Apple Watch. Both bands feature more precise lug fits, while Sport Band gets a few visual updates and Rocky Point Band gets longer straps for a wider range of wrists. Here’s a closer look at what’s changed.

Using Apple’s latest dimensional guidelines, our team refined the lug profile and length to better fit the watch’s lug channel and reduce visible gaps. We tested both bands across the latest Apple Watch models to ensure a secure, reliable connection and a cleaner transition between the band and watch. 

Sport Band’s grooved design has been a long-standing fan favorite, so we wanted to take it even further. We increased the depth of the ventilation channels to give the signature look more dimension, while also widening the band to complement the proportions of Apple Watch Ultra and larger Series models. Beyond that, we added a handful of carefully curated new colorways to give you even more ways to customize your look.

For Rocky Point Band, we focused on giving you more room to find the fit that feels right. We increased the length of both sides of the band based on feedback from our customers, creating a wider range of adjustment and accommodating more wrists. Whether you prefer a closer fit or a little more wiggle room, the new length makes it easier to adjust the band to your preference.
